With the wide range of services we offer, Pacific International
Translations employs people with expertise across a number of
fields - translators, technical & legal experts & consultants,
interpreters, typesetters, teachers, tour guides and foreign
language voice talent. And all this in over
80 languages.
In addition to our in-house technical staff, we make extensive
use of independent contractors, and our database of available
personnel, located both in New Zealand and around the globe,
runs into the thousands. We also have access to the personnel
of our Australian sister company The
International Language Company.
The advantage in this is that we will almost always have a number
of people we can use for a particular job and are thus able
to select the most appropriate person for that assignment. This
is of particular importance for translations in specialist and
technical fields.
All Pacific International Translations personnel are subject to a thorough initial quality assessment and then to ongoing review and evaluation procedures to ensure our high standards are maintained.
